1. General Policy
 
Scriptlobby, LLC (“Scriptlobby”) provides digital products and services with the highest standards of quality and performance. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. By purchasing Scriptlobby’s products or services, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.2. Refund EligibilityRefund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
 
  1. The refund request is submitted within SEVEN (07) days from the date of purchase.
  2. The product or service does not perform substantially as described and Scriptlobby’s support team has been unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts.
  3. The Customer has fully cooperated with Scriptlobby’s support team to identify, diagnose, and attempt resolution of the reported issue.
  4. The Customer agrees to cease all use of the product or service, including uninstalling software or disabling access, and relinquishes ownership of the license if a refund is granted.

 

3. Non-Refundable CircumstancesRefunds will not be granted in the following cases:
 
  • Requests made SEVEN 07 days of purchase.
  • Services or products purchased at special discounts, promotions, or sale events.
  • Issues caused by third-party software, hosting environments, or external integrations.
  • Situations where the product or service works as described but:
    • The Customer changed their mind.
    • The purchase was accidental.
    • The Customer lacks sufficient technical knowledge to use the product.
  • Requests made for goodwill purposes only.
  • Services that have already been substantially rendered or delivered.
  • Subscriptions that were not canceled prior to renewal, where adequate notice was given via email reminders.

 

4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, Scriptlobby may issue a partial refund based on the extent of services delivered or costs incurred. This determination shall be made solely at Scriptlobby’s discretion.5. Non-Refundable FeesThe following fees are strictly non-refundable:
 
  • Payment processing fees charged by banks, credit card companies, or third-party processors (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).
  • PayPal transaction fees (per PayPal’s May 7, 2019, policy update, original seller fees are not returned when issuing refunds).
  • Setup or onboarding fees related to professional services.

 

6. Right to Refuse
Refunds Scriptlobby reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy or where evidence suggests misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
 
7. Agreement By purchasing from Scriptlobby, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and waives any right to dispute or challenge the same in any legal or judicial forum, except as required by applicable law.
